NCRR's Division of Research Infrastructure supports programs to enhance the competitiveness of investigators in underserved states and institutions and also provides funding to build, expand, remodel, or renovate research facilities throughout the nation.

NCRR's Next Strategic Plan

Dear Colleagues:

Dr. Barbara M. Alving is the Director of the National Center for Research Resources at the National Institutes of Health.

My thanks to those of you who took the time to comment on the draft National Center for Research Resources' strategic plan for 2009-2013.

Over the coming weeks, as we review your comments and finalize the plan, we also will be developing an implementation update page. This page will be posted on the NCRR Web site to provide the latest information as we put the plan into action.
