This position is being filled through the Delegated Examining Procedures under announcement NCRR-08-252229-CR-DE and is open to all U.S. Citizens. This vacancy is being concurrently advertised under Merit Promotion Procedures and is open to current permanent Title 5 Federal employees and status candidates under announcement NCRR-08-25229-CR-MP. Title 42 employees without reinstatement eligibility are not eligible. Candidates who wish to be considered under both procedures MUST apply to both vacancies.
